Artiva ("we") provides AI-powered image generation. This policy explains
what we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
Images you upload as references for generation.
Text prompts you write.
Generated artwork created for you.
An anonymous device identifier created on first launch
to keep your gallery together. We do not collect your name, email,
contacts, or location, and there is no account registration.
How it is used
Uploaded images and prompts are sent to our AI generation provider
(kie.ai) solely to create your artwork.
Generated images and their prompts are stored in cloud storage
(Tencent Cloud, Seoul region) so they appear in your gallery.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Deletion
Deleting an artwork in the app removes it from our cloud storage.
Contact us at the address below to request deletion of all data linked to
your device.
Children
Artiva is not directed at children under 13 and should not be used by
them.
